Five checks, clear boundaries
- Freshness: compare the latest valid date with the maximum age you specify. Confirm ambiguous date formats.
- Formula errors: inspect actual Google error values. Text such as “#REF!” is not a calculation error.
- Row count drop: compare nonempty rows with the last healthy baseline. The initial reading establishes a baseline.
- Critical blanks: check explicit cells within the selected range. Merged cells are listed as not checked; other selected cells are still evaluated.
- Expected change: observe whether values changed before a weekday deadline. Identical re-imports remain invisible.
Checks cover one sheet and a bounded range, up to 5,000 rows, 50 columns and 50,000 cells. We do not execute formulas or force refresh. Access errors are separate from data results.
